I'm sorry that she is injured.

Separate her so she isn't picked on anymore. I would use puppy pads to line the cage to help keep her cleaner. Usually, I would recommend that she be placed near the flock, but you don't want flies getting on that - she may be better off inside.

Flush the wound really well with saline, clorhexidine or diluted betadine. Inspect the wound for any signs of maggots - it looks like she may have some flystrike, but hard to tell. Vetericyn would be good to spray on the wound, if you don't have that, apply triple antibiotic ointment.

The vent looks like it may be damaged - if you have more photos that would be good.

She has what appears to be a very swollen abdomen - does it feel like she has fluid in it - does it feel tight? Does she still lay eggs?

Do you have access to any antibiotics?

She layed an egg on the first day of her injury, i don’t believe she has any fluids in it, it doesn’t feel quit tight , i do have access to some antibiotics

I gave her a bath and put some tripple antibiotic onitment on her but i noticed that she’s trying to poop but couldn’t after her bath she was making a noise while trying to poop but couldn’t and it looks like her vent is filled with poop i cleaned as much as i could whike giving her a warm bath but i don’t know what will hapoen to her

I'm very sorry. It sounds like she is in distress. Can you take her to a vet?

The vent looks damaged and the abdomen (area below the vent and between the legs) looks very swollen.
The swelling may be blocking the intestines and oviduct making it hard to pass feces and eggs.

While you were soaking her, did you happen to insert a lubricated finger in the vent to feel for an egg? You only need to feel about 1" or so inside.

No i was just trying to clean her vent but didn’t try to go deep enough to feel if there is an egg

How is she today?
Can she poop?
She keeps getting poop build up on her butt and i clean her like once a day but i have a feeling she’s better besides that her vent looms weired now that’s after i cleaned her vent with just water before that she had a really big poop ball hanging out of her vent but why does it look like that now?

Poor thing. This actually looks better to me except she might be starting to prolapse. I think she may be infected, as well. Are you administering antibiotics? Are you still doing epsom salt soaks and antibiotic ointment? @Wyorp Rock is already on this thread, but maybe some others can help, too. @casportpony @azygous @rebrascora @aart @dawg53 @KikisGirls
