My chicken's comb is half torn off. Need HELP!!

my hen seems to have chunks of her comb taken off it doesn´t bother her because that part usually hangs down but its really red i don´t want to cut it off though, none of the other chickens bother her but its really red and bloody, i don´t know what to do.

Can you post a picture of the comb? Do you have any corn starch or blood stop powder that you can apply to stop the bleeding? She needs to be separated in a dog crate or inside, until the bleeding stops and until you can decide how to treat her. It may help to remove the comb, but it would be good to see a picture. Keep her away from flies.

i put ointment on it and it seems to be healing fine. the other chickens don´t care, and she acts like it is non-existant. so i think its fine.
