My chickens comb!?!

I went and checked on my girls today and noticed my two buff rocks had problems with their combs I saw what looked like blood and a few pieces of comb that had drooped over, they are 20 weeks old and have not started laying yet, and they are mixed with 2 australorps and the australorps dont have this problem. Also the day before I checked them and there were no problems. What is the problem!

Sounds like the Australops are beating up the Buffs, but at my house it's just the opposite!

Okay well thats probably the case I just went and checked on them and it didnt look as bad, I'll keep my eyes closed
