my chickens eyeball doesnt look so good

There seems to be something terribly the matter with my chickens eyeball. Not quite sure what. How can I help her?

You could try Terramycin eye ointment from a farm supply store or even triple antibiotic ointment/neosporin (w/o pain relief). Maybe if you post a picture someone can give you more advice.
