My chickens lay and one is poking the eggs but the others wont let her

My chicken will peck at the eggs and the other hens will move her should I be worried( get rid of her)

Are they pecking at eggs that are being sit on? Fertile hatching eggs?

Just normal eggs when they lay the chickens leave and the other chickens comes and pecks at them but doesn't break them

Have you had any broken eggs...or the remains of one there?
How old are your birds?

And, what are you feeding them? Protein content of their feed, mill date of your feed, and any other things you might be feeding them? Do you free range them or are they kept in a run?
