That looks like a sumac - my neighbor has two (!) and we're constantly having to pull seedlings/suckers.

Alright Thread Hijackers! LOL That is not my tree. I though this was about my original post. Now everyone is on a completely new tree! :-(

Ok, I took more pics. I couldn't get any pics of the flowers because they are at the very top of the tree (which is about 30' up). I even got out the ladder.

A link to the whole album:

Note: They are large, full resolution photos so that you can zoom in real close if you want. Click on the little magnification glass in the right top corner.

Here are a few of them in a smaller format for BYC browsing. Notice the venation on the leaves, and how each "leaf" has 14-16 leaflets. Also how the leafs (the bundles of 14-16 leaflets) are evenly branched off. There isn't just one leaf at the end of the branch, but rather 2 forked off.

DING DING DING DING DING. That is most certainly it. That is exactly what it looks like. That has to be it! I'll send you some seeds so you can plant your own. haha. I also read on Wikipedia that the Rhea (it's like an emu/ostrich) eats it so it must be safe. Although it does say it is "psychoactive"... which could be why the chickens go so CRAZY for it when it hits the ground. My little drug addict chickens. LOL
