Just cutting out all the food scraps may help, as that is reducing the nutrition in the bagged feed.
To stop the egg eating will probably take more proactive actions.

To the extent my limited knowledge might be useful, I can't help fix if I don't know how its broken. That its broken is an important first step, but on its own, its not nearly enough for me to add much of value to the above conversation.

i didn’t find any eggshells but i found the wood shavings are wet with complete dried egg yolks in them

Not how the eggs were broken....how their nutrition might be 'broken'.
Can you get the nutrition info?
Here in the US, it's the law that it be labeled on the bags.
