Ok. Cut it back to 1 cup corn-seed mix for every 4 cups of food. OR LESS! Half of it as corn is WAY too much fat and carbs.

I feed them a half a cup of seed and 2 cups of dried corn and regular chicken feed

How many chickens is this feeding? Treats (anything other than their feed) should be kept to 10% of their diet or less.

Also 18 weeks is pretty early to be laying, especially at this time of year (assuming you're in northern hemisphere). Mid-20s is more typical for most breeds, but laying onset may be further delayed by shortened daylight hours.
