yeah number 8 looks like a guinea keet. You are right they are very tricky and you will start to notice a difference the keet will be a lot faster and more flighty then the chickens.

My husband had a aunt that lived in Easton, MD. My mother in law also got her Volvo from the Volvo dealership in Easton. I haven't been up there to Easton. Aunt used to have a party store and I thought the area was so pretty.

My babies arived safe and sound today, all that worry for nothing. The post office sent me an email to let me know the box had arrived in Orlando 3 or 4 hours after they delivered it! So much for their tracking system.

Babies are adorable, 5 Black Jersy Giant pullets and 5 Whites Jersey pullets plus one rooster of each. My broody Cochin adopted them immediately and is now cuddled up with them in a seperate pen from the others.

I have 2 cochin/Silkie crosses I got last year to stick under a broody hen. They are gorgeous but they turned out to both be boys but I still love them. I wanted to have some of their babies though. lol

is just soooo adorable!! And love #8s racing stripe face. I've always debated trying a guinea or two, but I wasn't sure if they'd become really people friendly like my chickens are...
