New to BYC

I live in Ohio and currently have 11 hens and 1 rooster. I also have 21 chicks I have hatched myself and have 30 more in my incubators. I got through my first hatch with the advice and articles from this forum. I am so thankful and have learned a lot! I am so excited to be able to add to my flock and I am addicted to incubating and hatching eggs! Sometimes I think I need help lol. My very first hatch was 80% and by the grace of God my second hatch was 100%. Hopefully I can repeat that on my 3rd and 4th hatches that I am so patiently (not really) waiting for, but I don't expect perfection. Below are pictures from my second hatch.
