My chicks (12 weeks) sleep on the ground! help!!

They dont have feathers on their chest area and i blame it on their sleeping on the ground! how can i get them to roost?

Go out when it is dark and they are blind and pick each one up and place him/her on the roost. You may have to do this a few nights in a row. They will soon catch on.
