  3. I'm new to group too. Haven't had chicks in over 20 years until this morning when the PO called to let me know my 14 ordered bantam (got 15) had arrived from Ideal. I had forgotten how small they would be!
Spent the entire day watching them--you're right I need a life. Retirement is driving me crazy!!

This group is one of the most interesting I have read in a long time. I've already been reminded of so much I had forgotten over the past "few" years.

I am glad to hear that you guys have had good luck with your Ideal orders. Mine were the healthiest I've ever gotten from a hatchery.

    But, there's one problem........ WHERE'S THE PICS??????[IMG]

Good luck with them. And, yes..... they are cute, and addictive!!

  7. Dipsy Doodle Doo I got 10 assorted bantam and 4 black japanese. They are all so interesting and such little individuals!!

At least they called you. I was waiting at work for the call and fearing they just delivered them to my house I went home to check and they were sitting on my doorstep chirping like mad.
