My chicks are on VetRx, anyone used it?

My chicks are sneezing some. I do not hear wheezing and see no other signs. But I started giving Vet Rx yesterday. Can anyone tell me, me how many days I need to do this?

I give it to them at night, with a dropper in the mouth.
I put it under their wings, and on their chest.

Vet Rx is not a medication, just an aromatic like Vicks Vaporub. In fact, if given to tiny chicks, may do more harm than good. If they are just sneezing, could be dusty bedding, dusty feed or new plywood with the chemicals/resins that laminate it.
