my first batch of eggs are at day 21 and 4 of 7 have external pipping! I am so excited. I did notice that one has pipped the opposite end of the air cell. Is this something to be concerned about?

I had a duck egg that did the same thing, it pipped at the narrow end and I watched for about 24 hours, when I saw no change I decided to help it. I removed some of the shell around the pip and put it back in incubator for a few hours. After about 5 hours I seen he made some progress with the membrane but still not strong enough to get through the shell.
Bur him back for another few hours and removed some she'll again as it looked like he was exhausted.
I dedided to do a full assist.
I checked on him every couple of hours and repeated the shell.
The following day he looked like he was almost ready to hatch. I took more of the shell and put him back in. A few minutes later he was hatched and doing very well nowI hope this helps!
