This first started about a month ago and a chick that was absoulutley healthy had died. A few days after that a few more were dead and I'm worried that I'm going to lose my entire batch of chicks. It might be important but I have a chick that is isolated from the others with MG but none of the other chicks were showing symptoms of it... What do I do?

Was that chick part of the group that are dying?
Are you practicing cross contamination prevention...having diseased bird far away from others and disinfecting yourself and any equipment after caring for sick bird?

How old are all these chicks....and where did you get them??

they are not to cold and I have seperated the chicken that has MG from the others. The chicks that are healthy are outside and the chick that has MG is indoors so it couldn't be from her

And they are being housed in a converted rabbit hutch, the chicks are about 4-5 weeks old. I got the chicks from Atwoods and two from a swap but the two that I got from the swap are perfectly fine

This is a pretty important clue. There are a lot of different species of coccidia. Chickens can develop resistance to the coccidia they live with, but when you expose them to chickens from a different locality, they would be susceptible to those coccidia that may be present in those chickens' feces.

The swap chicks may carry a strain of coccidia that is alien to the Atwoods chicks, so the Atwoods chicks may now being trying to fight them off. Corid for every chick is a wise consideration as chicks haven't had time to develop strong immune responses yet.
