My chicks aren't so small anymore- Pic heavy

There's Suede big daddy. Golly, they are so, so much alike. I know I keep saying that, but its so true! Doubt he could look much more like him. I'm just glad temperament is inherited. Suede's a good boy, always has been.

Speckled, Like Father like Son. Just wait till he reaches the 2 year mark. It really does make a difference.

Love both pics- those two roosters are the two that convinced me to try out the breed and I was fortunate enough to start out with a grandson/son of them. I just love how big he is growing! Every time I turn around, he is bigger and so are the other BBS orps I have. I can't wait to incubate eggs in the fall!

Buster, your flock looks awesome!!! What color are your Easter Eggers?? I love the mix of Buff & Blue! I would really like some of those to!

Shelley, no way!!! I lived there when I was born until I was about 2 and then we moved back there when I was in 7th & 8th grade. My Grandparents lived in Shelley for years and years. I still have an Aunt & Uncle that live there on Milton Avenue. Brent & Marsha Davis. My Cousin Burk Davis lives there also, I believe. He is a coach at the High School. My parents live in Blackfoot now. Small world!!

I plan on trying for the mother of all orp hatches this fall when the weather cools down. I have been talking to some people and I hope to be able to get all the BBS orp eggs in at the same time.
