I am mighty grumpy today, so grumpy and ..unfriendly ..all this is due to the humid and rain weather.

NOW, I am less grumpy and just a bit less unfriendly so I am quite please with that....less of the bad mood.

I may get frustrated as heck with this kid (and I never call him a kid around him because he needs to understand that he's a man), but he is family and he needs the help.

It was his older brother who passed away. He was only 33, and I don't want to see this kid go due to mental illness that no one is able to help with.

The younger boy isn't going to go the exact same way since he's more inclined to starve himself because he forgets to eat, but I do find myself checking his hoarder tendencies. His hoarding is QR codes rather than anything green and it's under better control, but it's there.

Mental issues run in the family, so I've had a talk with my God Daughter too (with her mom present), to make sure she always has someone in her life that she trusts to tell her if she starts acting oddly. I had to intervene when her mom had a break almost 20 years ago, but she trusted me enough to get the help she needed and she's fine now.

Brought a bag of henhouse reserve since it has more protein than the 16% all flock I got sent by mistake and have to use up, and the ladies love it! They think it's a treat but it's actually regular layer feed

Also found a book of easter puzzles and a huge stick of laffy taffy in my favorite flavor, banana and I got pulled off the register to do something else for the last bit of my shift

Friday the 13ths have historically been good days for me and today was yet another one

Ours flickered a few times but stayed on. Two of my sisters lost power for a few hours. We have quite a lot of trees down everywhere and roads are blocked. Our grill even blew over and broke. The Ohio Turnpike was even closed to high profile, very large vehicles
