My chicks don't like me :(

I just have too many to hold every day. I do have some favorites-my bantam cochin roos always seem to be the sweetest, and jump right into my hand. The others freak out when I try to catch/hold them. Oh well

I think you're being to hard on yourself. Sit among them when you can, they're already coming to your hands and they'll be snuggling beside you or on your lap in time...

I sit in the outdoor brooder or out by their run and talk to them 2 or 3 times daily. They are 3 wks old now. They won't come to DH but when they hear my voice...I chick, chick, chick them as I'm going to where they are, and they all come arunning. Course I always tell them how smart and beautiful they are so I think they may have become a little conceited....you think?
