My chicks eye lids are closed and wont open......

So i just hatched out some chicks and their eyelids look like there wasn't even a possible for them to open and 3 out of 7 have this and i am so sad... I think i might have done something while incubating... i really don't know what i could have dome but my first batch none of mine had this. I feel horrible......
I don't think there is any way to fix thees ones but i would like to know how to prevent this ( if i can)..... And i have incubated the same every time.

Do you have any pictures? Could they be stuck together from the egg or mucus? Or just no opening?
