My chicks feathers look strange

Hello! My chicks feathers look strange but when I went to the feed and seed store they said it's normal. Is it? She's on chickstarter and somedays she has garlic and vinegar and honey in her water (only like once per week tho cuz it stinky and she's an indoor chick atm. Edit: she's about 2-3 weeks old ish? She still looks smoolllll. She has alot of energy, she's my lil baby!! So I'm rlly worried about her )
