My chicks haven’t hatched on day 22?

Hello everyone! This is my first time incubating chicks and none of them have hatched yet (5) I’m getting concerned but they are all still alive. 2 days ago I noticed movement but it had stopped is there any thing any ones knows that I could do to help them. I’m getting concerned.

Candle them and look for internal pips. That's the first step. You can put small "safety holes" over the air cell in case they are having trouble. But candle first and tell us if you see a triangular shadow in the air cell which would indicate an internal pip.
