my chicky got her leg joint dislocated

Hi, yesterday a bad kitty chased my hen (browny), as browny was running for her life she crashed into the wall so badly that her shoulder joint got dislocated, i can't find any vets near my area. and bcoz i really love my pets and all animals i am really worried about her. please can someone help me with this problem.

i was searching on the net so i could get any help and i think this site will surely solve my problem somehow.
