My Cinnamon Queen is kind of scrawny!

Discussion in 'Raising Baby Chicks' started by KristaChickenWhisperer, Jul 12, 2010.

  1. Out of my three youngest chicks (They are about 4wks old) the Cinnamon Queen is pretty skinny. She's still pretty active and I see her eat and drink with the other chicks but she is way skinnier than the other two. I haven't noticed any strange poos other than a few with shed intestinal lining here and there.

Anything I should do for her to help put some weight on?

You can try some scrambled or boiled egg, give her a bit every couple days.

She might just be in a body growth stage, so she feels boney. [IMG]

  3. Thanks for the reply!!

I might try the scrambled egg! I am sure she is just in an awkward stage but just in case I will try out the scrambled egg. [IMG]
