Out of my three youngest chicks (They are about 4wks old) the Cinnamon Queen is pretty skinny. She's still pretty active and I see her eat and drink with the other chicks but she is way skinnier than the other two. I haven't noticed any strange poos other than a few with shed intestinal lining here and there.

Anything I should do for her to help put some weight on?

You can try some scrambled or boiled egg, give her a bit every couple days.

She might just be in a body growth stage, so she feels boney. [IMG]

    Thanks for the reply!!

I might try the scrambled egg! I am sure she is just in an awkward stage but just in case I will try out the scrambled egg. [IMG]

Quote:They are excellent layers and are not physically large birds even full grown.
