My cockerel is slow, fumbles often, Today he fell on his back and couldn't get back up

That orange drink are electrolytes. It is the 0.75 oz Electrolyte and Antioxidant Supplement for Poultry - From Purina. Why? I am I giving him something I shouldn't?
It looks too orange, like there's too much in it. Is this it? This is supposed to be one pack per gallon.

Okay, thank you I appreciate it. for the vitamins do I give him once a day? Also, he doesn't want to eat the feed I usually give him. I have given him some pasta and tortillas. Is there some other food I could give him since he doesn't want the feed?
Yes, give the vitamins daily.

You can feed him Chick starter or an all flock feed.

Hello, I want to ask what do you mean by neurological? Are you referring to Marek's disease. My cockerel isn't getting any better, making me think he doesn't have a vitamin deficiency. I noticed that he can't clean himself (clean his feathers), he tries but he can't. He now can't stand on his feet very well, he is starting to fall on his back and can't get back up. I notice that he leans on his left side and falls to his back. Leans more on his head and his tail facing upwards than the usual. Is this Marek's disease? His droppings don't have blood or anything out of the usual sometimes a bit runny but nothing out of the ordinary. He doesn't want to eat the chick starter feed nor drink water. However, he does eat food like spaghetti, green beens, etc. Strangely doesn't eat egg. Do you have a clue on what it could be besides vitamin deficiency? I feel like he might not make it. :hit

I'm sorry he's not improving.

Are you giving him the Vitamin E and B-Complex daily?

Neurological symptoms are just that - symptoms relating to the nerves of the body or affecting the nervous system.
Marek's disease could be included since some birds do show neurological symptoms.

Try offering the chick starter as a wet mash, see if he will eat that better. While it's good that he will eat something, he's not getting the nutrients he needs to recover by eating spaghetti and green beans.

Yes, I am giving him the vitamin E and B-Complex vitamin everyday. I will try yo give him the chick starter as a wet mash and see if he eats it. He just refuses to eat, so I am trying to give him something that will fill him. He has lost a lot of weight. He doesn't want to drink water. I tried to give him water and there were moments where he would slightly open his beak like if he is gasping for air but he seems to be breathing, I can feel his warm breath come out of his nostrils so I don't understand why he does that. Thank you for your recommendation.
