My Cockerell is sooo Small

Our new chicks are now 12 days old. My EE cockerel is MUCH smaller than the EE pullets. The others are feathering out beautifully, but he only has a few. He also spends most of his free ranging PE time alone, but does "play" with the others occasionally.

We see him eat and he is not getting pecked by the other pullets. Is this normal?? Should we do anything differently?
 
Some times roosters are slow to grow. As long as he is eating and drinking and seams healthy, dont worry. He will have a growth spurt soon enough.
Just added: Roosters in some breeds do feather slower than the hens. This is normal.

I agree with popcorn. My roo was a runt for the longest time. He now weighs over 13 lbs.
