My confused Cochin

So i bought 2 pullet cochins a while ago and well one is laying eggs but the other is looking strange..
She looked really ratty for a while and now she is getting huge. And im starting to wonder if she really is a hen.

Please let us know what you think.

My only male Cochin is a bantam frizzle, so I am no expert. However the neck and saddle feathers look rather indicative of a rooster.
