My Coop and Run w/ New Addition (Lots Of Photos)

I've added a new addition to my chicken house, so I thought I'd post a few photos. The new addition is to the left of the main chicken house... it includes a new smaller house and pen. In the springtime, this new area will be used as a brooding/rearing pen to seperate hen and chicks from the main flock. It is not entirely complete yet... I still need to add matching white trim. I love it! I'm trying to think of ways to add on to my coop as well, I just my steal some of your ideas, looks good!

what are the dimensions of the coop and the runs-
how do you get into the big run to clean ?

So, the entire thing is over 170 sq ft. There is a hinged shingled door that allows access to the larger run. It's under the window there. Let me know if you have any other questions.
