Thanks! Yes, there are 2 12"x4" vents below the eaves not shown in pics. I am debating on going slightly larger, up to a 12x6+

Can you stand up in the run? As i get older i like to be able to stand up to clean.
I debated on framing it that way, but ended up closing that area up. My thinking at the time was less potential for climbing predators, but your system looks predator proof. The 2 windows and leaving the main coop door open during the warmer months keeps it well ventilated, but I definitely need to step it up for better winter ventilation up high.
