Awesome!!! i love the clean lines!! only thing i would change is to put hardware cloth from the rafters to the walls..~ wait...just saw ...looks like you have the top covered in hardware cloth and then the rafters on top of that!

The hardware cloth is burried a foot into the ground. The whole thing is sitting on cinder blocks that I leveled. The top is also covered in hardware cloth. The house is also open topped with harware cloth for good ventilation. The chicken seem really happy. The only thing I need to figure out is what I am going to do on the floor. Right now it is dirt with wood chips and I throw some alfalfa around. I clean it out every 4 or 5 days and it doesn't stink or anything. I would just like a more permanant floor.

For flooring, have you considered a rock floor topped with landscape cloth then sand? Excellent drainage, endless supply of grit, very easy clean up ( think kitty litter scoop/rake), no foul moldy smells and no moisture for breeding diseases. PM me and I can send you more details. I'd post a picture, but don't want to take away from the AWESOME coop you have built!

I covet your coop
