I have 8 chickens in my coop and they have been smelling up my coop. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to control the smell?

The coop+ run is 14 ft by 14 ft. Two of the chickens are chicks. They free range a couple hours a day. It smeels like poop and i use pine shavingsHow big (feet by feet) is the coop? Is there an attached run... if so how large is it? How many hours a day are the birds confined to just the coop? Is out the coop or coop and run that smells? What are you currently using for bedding? Whay are you feeding? What is your current management routine? Whay type of smell is it...sour, ammonia, etc?
Poop boards with PDZ, sifted daily, and dry shavings on floor in coop.
Is coop weather tight, no leaks?
Do you have good ventilation in coop?
Pics would help.
