It sounds like Peggy has a great home with you! I also keep crippled poultry. Dawn my guinea fowl has Slipped Hock Joint and he walks on his knees. I have a guinea with a backwards foot and splayed leg too.
There are some great cripple forums out there! I will post the link to them once I find them but good luck with Peggy!
