My daughter's 4 week old brown leghorn supposed to be a pullet. What do you think?

I don't know how fast leghorns grow but 4 weeks and its cob is that big? i am thinking roo, but i could be very wrong, lets see what others say if they reply.

That is what we were thinking too. Due to city ordinance, we can't have roosters. Our neighbors really like the chickens. Maybe we won't have any complaints. We ordered a whilte leghorn, brown leghorn, 2 australorps and 3 easter eggers. They were all supposed to be pullets. Only the brown leghorn has this big of a comb. This is our first time raising chickens. My daughter will be sad if we have to let her "Angel" go. Wish us luck!

Bless your little girl! I hope y'all get to keep him. Though you may change your mind when he starts to crow----ooooohmigosh! That is one gosh-awful sound!
