My Delaware died!

I just came home from work and my father had the bad news that my Delaware hen, my favorite suddenly died. He found her inside the coop next to the laying box. Any suggestions how this may have happened? I just built them an extended run 12x16 and let them out into it this morning. Now she's dead and I don't know why! she was the healthiest one!

Sometimes you're never going to know why. Egg stuck? Choking? Heart attack?
