I've had plenty of double yolk eggs from the girls but they are always two separate yolks in the egg. This is the first one I've ever gotten that the yolks are conjoined. Thought it was pretty neat and it tasted good with my ham tonight.

Neat...I have never had one joined like that before...lots of double yolkers from my brahma gals tho....

Made me hungry for ham and eggs now!!...

I got one of these yesterday from my newly laying flock. Definately had conjoined yolks. There was only 1 white cord between them and both yolks were tightly attached to it. Easily 3-1/2" x almost 2" wide. Weighed 2.8oz. Do you know if this is a Siamese Twin egg? Just curious (c: Mine was just perfect in a tasty breakfast wrap this morning. Some things in life are just so fascinating AND yummy too!
