My DH went to get hay-egg pic page 4

Whoa! Lucky you! Wish my DH would come home with that kind of hay!!

I was actually very surprised. Back in March he said I could get some baby chicks and I was shocked then and I immediately went and got some. I hadn't had babies for nearly 6 years. Thats how old my hens are now. He had our grandson with him today so he took him to see the chicks and bought two. So I have my 6 year hens, 3 months and now new chickies, I guess they are 2 days or so! I also have a silkie, I think is young but does lay eggs, no clue as to how old.

You should go back and get another one or two. They are happier with more buddies. My farm supply was having a drawing for a goat when I went. I left it - this time...

Good hubby! My DH was interested and supported, but not caught up with all my chicken plans. We've had the babies here less than a week and he's totally smitten. He had me take photos of him with the chicks yesterday. He sits and talks with them every day and is already talking about when we get more. It's totally priceless.

I am still kinda new here and I was wondering because I see a lot of you using this term, but what does DH mean? I am assuming it has something to do with husband, but what does the "D" stand for?
