Yes, I've seen even little bitty neighbor dogs killing their owner's chickens (I intervened on the chickens behalf although one was already dead). The dogs just can't resist the feather's, pandemonium and little bitty scrawny chicken necks. If you love your dog, you just have to figure on keeping them separate from the chickens.
