Thank you all for the welcoming. I've been looking around here and it's AMAZING how much information is on here! I couldn't sleep last night thinking about building a coop and getting some hens etc. I'm nervous about what this bird who somehow got into my yard is going to get me involved in. If that wasn't enough and I forgot to mention, but yesterday I went and sat at a park located across the street from where I work and the most beautiful chicken walked right up to me looking for food. I couldn't believe how friendly and clean that it was. SO, there is definitely some karmic trip going on with chickens right now. Anyhow, thanks again for the "welcomings"!
