My dogs ignore my chickens but are trying to get at my ducks

My dogs peacefully coexist with my chickens who free-range. They hang out with them, take sunbaths with them, share their scraps, run off raccoons, etc. They show no interest in chasing or eating them. I've added 4 Indian Runner babies that are not let out of their (separate) coop yet and you would think I have filet mignon sitting in the coop. The dogs stare at them all day long. They bark at them. They try to get in the coop. My son says he thinks it's because the ducks look weird and act like such crazy dorks and the chickens are relatively calm.

Has anyone experienced this?

I have experiemce. You will have to reboot process of training dogs to make so ducks included on the do not harm list. Dogs will have to get used to ducks and you will likely have to step in and say leave them alone.
