My Dogs **Warning Photo heavy**

Sure the other two are not pushing the Basset away from the table?

Thanks everyone, they are all spoiled, but still well behaved, pretty much. One time Shorty got 3/4's of a pumpkin pie. How did I know it was him? Well, besides being bloated and not wanting to eat for two days, it came out looking just like canned pumpkin

He has also emptied the bottom cabinets, spreading dry pasta, powered sugar and mashed potato flakes all over. Then when I moved the food up he ripped all the labels off the cans and unrolled the foil and plastic wrap. Recently he found out he can get onto the counter if the chair is close enough. But he doesn't chew things. None of them ever did, not even when they where puppies.

OMG, I don't know what I would do with a herd of bassets. Sometimes I think of getting a recording of me saying "Shorty. No." "Shorty. Stop" Don't get me wrong, he is good. But he is always bothering someone, like Nevada, or one of the cats, or the guinea pigs, or getting his head stuck in the hole in the litter box. He really loves other animals, but he does NOT like other bassets. I think he thinks he is a shepherd.

As for chickens, I can have them here. When I was younger we had chickens. I miss them, they are a lot of fun. Plus, it would be funny to see Vegas running from one. He is afraid of all other animals, big or small. And it seem the smaller they are they scarier. Sometimes he will hide behind me and peak out. I remember one time when we just had Nevada and Vegas, we where walking through the woods on morning and came around three turkeys. The dogs stopped dead in their tracks and the turkeys looked up. Then the dogs turned and ran. The turkeys ran the other way.
