
What you're going to want to do is the next time he shows you this behavior, is scoop him up and straddle him while on your knees. Once you have between your legs.... hunker down on him with your body, don't crush him and hold his head down with your fore arm in a submissive way. Kinda like when he holds a hen down for mating . Keep him like that until he stops wiggling around. Then gently let him free. You might have to do this a couple times in order for him to reliase your the one in charge!

I did this with my Muscovy drake and was consistent [that is the key] and he just every once in a while has to be reminded make sure his head is facing away from you when you release him.
