My drakes foot is ALWAYS bleeding??!

He said he couldn't really tell he took that white bubble off and used a scalpel and cut the first thin one or two layers of infection off and then we saw maybeime three white tiny chunks but when the blood all rushed in wet couldn't tell anymore..

This was what it looked like before we started.. but I didn't get any during or after pics.. as I said got bloody and messy and I don't know what he cut into but the other foot still looks like that. What do I do tomorrow guys? Anything
