My DS needs help with an idea for a poster. (Update - Blue Ribbon Winner)

Thank you from my son and I. I know the writing is difficult to read from the picture, but each number gives a definition of the different classes such as Vitamins, Mineral, Water, ect. All the artwork was drawn by him and I should mention he's 12.

Another update! So not only did my son win a blue ribbon for his poster but he won a Red Rosette Ribbon for second place overall in the intermediate division.
