Good afternoon here, please, I don't know what to used for my Duck which refused to eat and she devecate green feace please, I need help urgently.

Could you post a picture of her poop? Are there any other symptoms besides refusing to eat? What do you feed her? Has she had any problems in the past?

For now, you can isolate her in a dog kennel and keep her warm/ dry place and provide her some food and water.
