My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

Usually turning is stopped on about day 25 for ducks.  Is this the set that you have incubating with others on different days?  Sorry, my memory is horrible. 
And yes, it is possible that you won't see much movement when they get so big.

Hopefully these pictures are better so you can see inside. I couldn't see any movement in the eggs. Do they look bad?

Congrats..I had to buy a good thermometer to test with.I have 4 incubators and 3 were off right out of the box
