My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

Pics
They are a lot worst then I thought, Funny how you can see an ALL new ball game once you candle both ends and have a completely dark room. What day is it for them?
Today is day 28. I am concerned that I have lost them. I can't see any movement even when I tap on the egg. And with all that sticky...I bet they are suffocated.

I have 8 more that are on day 21. I looked at them and they are all moving and looking good. I looked from the bottom of the egg and about halfway up the egg is clear. I don't want to end up sticky again so what needs to change in order to have a better development? Higher humidity?

Thanks for everyone's help! I REALLY appreciate it! I don't have all this trouble with chickens!

Got to keep the Humidity Low as low as you can until lockdown. 20 if possible. I'm having the Same issue just can't get my humidity down..

Seems the humidity is not high enough to get them to hatch fully it needs a high 80 degree humidity so hurry and increase that and good luck. Remember ducks are not chickens they are a water bird. as far as red maybe it's getting sun burned by your bulb move away from the heat source.

http://www.duckhealth.com/hatcduck.html This is all I know maybe help but when my chickens turn red they are to close to heat source. Make sure humidity(water) is around 80 degree at time of hatch or they wont be able to get out. Maybe the red could also be the film inside the eggshell. make sure you don't bust that or the bird my bleed to death.

Ok so now I'm confused. Was my humidity too low or too high? I really tried to keep it down. I usually dry hatch my chickens and rarely need to add water to keep a humidity of 20-30%. Throughout the incubation period it was usually 25-35% with a handful of days where it went above or below that.

I can clearly see why you are confused. First of all let me give a little lesson to those who don't know about Water fowls. When hatching them, they can NOT tolerate lots of water when in there shell, reason being is because they haven't developed the use of there lungs. That come later.

Low humidity is the better way to go to avoid sticky situations, but you have to keep in mind even if the bator reads low, check the room surroundings. This is what I'm having an issue right now with my room humidity is in the 70's and bator reads 40? Grr, I'm trying anything but everything to lower it.

So your humidity sounds very good and 80 WILL KILL them, I know I have tried it and Lost 10 call ducks.

Read again, it says 80 with WET BULB, a lot of us do not USE wet BULBs, so this would be misleading information

Nope I See where you are getting 80, I needed to read further and that is WRONG information. I would NOT follow that guide line at all...
