My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

I really need some help with this little guy

He had his bill out of the membrane last night, and today he's managed to almost work himself out. He is moving and cheeping quietly. The big problem is that I had a quick look, and his yolk sac isn't absorbed yet. I'm really scared him moving is going to rupture it

also, his eyes are still closed, Any help/advice you can give would be great right now, even if it's just to calm me down

Can you get a close up of it? It's okay to take it out for a picture, just be careful not to remove the shell until we can see what it looks like.

AND most vets have no knowledge in how to do it, exspecially with water fowl and that small..

I won't lie, tubing ducklings can be tricky.
