My duck eggs just will not hatch!?

Hi any help offered will be appreciated. It all started when my 9 month mallard duck started laying a whole heep of her eggs (17). Its my first time hatching duck eggs and so we didnt know to put the date down. It had been 2 months and they hadnt hatched and the mama duck was close to death due to sitting on eggs for so long so we decided to incubate the our selves. It has now been another two months and still nothing I candled them and found veins but no movement. Im wondering if we should maybe just get rid of them?

You've been trying to incubate the same batch of eggs for 4 months now? Throw them away.... they should only take 28 days to hatch, if they don't within just a few days late, then they never will... they either quit or are infertile, sorry...
