The dog has had its taste of blood now. Better make sure the babies are kept away & safe from anything able to hurt them, even if you trust that any of your pets wouldn’t dare, you never can know for sure, the ducklings can’t protect themselves unfortunately. Good vibes being sent your way, do what you feel is best.

Do not use Salt water or peroxide on the wound. Overo Mare gave you good treatment advice. Trim/ cut the feathers off the wound and send us those pictures.
Yes, Ducks are very resilient but, this attack is bad. Sorry. Poor duck.
I have experience with a near fatal chicken attack. I'm up and can help if needed.

Maybe put her in the bathtub with some shallow, clean, warm water and let her wound soak for a minute. It'll probably calm her down a bit too. I know that this is scary and stressful but it'll be alright. I've been in this situation a few times before and it usually ends up just fine. You have to try to stay calm for her, I know it's hard but you have to try
