It's difficult to see but its pushed up from the skin sort of like a hard large black head. Like a pore is filled or swollen. I'm not sure how else to describe it

is that black stuff inside of her ear? It kinda looks like it could be blocking/coming from her ear hole?
Not sure how you should go about this/what is causing it.
does she seem off balance at all? @Miss Lydia what do you think?

This might be a better picture. I don't think it's out of her ear hole more like her cheek

So seeing this example I am not sure if there is something going on or if this is normal let's tag @casportpony

I'm not sure what that might be unless she injured her cheek somehow and it healed like this?

is this the same side of her head? It looks to me that it could be something going on inside the ear, a block/infection of some kind, hopefully it isn't too bad. I really don't know. Casportpony may have some thoughts/advice.
You say you arent sure this is the ear hole, can you just check around it and see if you can locate her ear? As I'm pretty sure this is her ear.
