my duck has dark spots ?

these are my two ducks, i got them at the same time and they’re both eating like they should, but one has a large dark patch on their chest, but they’ve always had a small dark patch on their head. why is this and should i be worried ??(i’ve included both ducks for reference)

It looks like two different breeds. Don't worry about that, its just feathers coming in. The bigger one is a Pekin, and I'm not sure what the smaller one is. Someone else may be able to tell you. Where you told what breed they were when you got them?

nope, i got them from tractor supply co, and they were both hello when i got them (except from the darker spots on the smaller ones head )

The one on the left is a Fawn and White Runner and the one on the right is a Pekin. Two very different breeds. Here is a picture of a Fawn and White Runner for reference. The dark spot you see is just their plumage color. Fawn and White Runners as ducklings are yellow with very small patchy amounts of a gray/tan on their head. Many people have a hard time telling the difference between the two as ducklings.

I agree, you have a F&W Runner, and a Pekin.
